- Your role involves conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and lease agreements, and providing clients with market insights and property valuations.
- You will stay updated on market trends and competitive activities, maintain accurate records of transactions, and prepare performance reports.
- Exceptional customer service is crucial, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through effective communication and support throughout the sales process.
**Profile Requirements**:
- A Commercial Sales Executive should have proven experience in commercial real estate sales, demonstrating a strong track record and expertise in market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency with real estate software and online listing tools is required.
- Deep understanding of commercial property markets and regulations are necessary.
- Familiarity with various commercial property types and multilingual abilities are advantageous.
