
Customer Support Executive

We have a vacancy for a Customer Support Executive at Netizens Technologies, one of the fastest-growing IT companies in Surat.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally & provide information about products/services take/cancel orders.
- Keep records of customer interactions/transactions, details of inquiries, complaints/comments, as well as actions taken.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
- Knowledge about Software like (CRM database, Aircall) Or else.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication
- Ability to maintain composure, focus, and accuracy in a hectic work schedule.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Should have good communication skills - Verbal & Written.
**Salary**:Best in Industry
**Qualification**:Bachelors in any stream **(Fluent English is mandatory)**
**Experience required**:1 to 3 years
**Location**: Adajan, Surat
**Shift Duration**:9 hours (Morning/ Day/ Night Shift Available)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
