**Job Summary**
- The role involves providing efficient and professional chat support to customers by resolving technical issues, addressing inquiries, and delivering product information.
- The position requires collaboration with team members to enhance support processes, ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Rotational Day Shifts.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
**Key Competencies for the Role**:
- **Customer Support Expertise**: Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Proficiency in identifying and solving technical problems or escalating them appropriately.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a call support department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
