**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Athflex in Ahmedabad. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, providing troubleshooting support, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Knowledge of athletic clothing and fitness industry is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
