We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, complaints, and requests on a daily basis, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis
- Answering inbound and outbound calls. of clients and customers.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a professional and courteous manner.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
- Measure the quality of queries based on the effectiveness of solutions provided.
- Track the quantity of queries handled to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 1 year of FULL-TIME work experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Proficient English (preferred)
