The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer problems, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers. The position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer focus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues
- Process orders and transactions
- Maintain customer records
- Provide product information
- Collaborate with other departments
- Maintain a positive image
- Report customer feedback
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 6 Months and 1 year of customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong customer focus and ability to maintain a positive attitude.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
