**SKILLS REQUIRED**: Ability to meet targets with regard to fundraisers
Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients.
Proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Etc.)
Valuable insights for decision-making
Willingness to work for flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients
Fluency in Kannada in addition to Hindi and English is a must
Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory

**INTERVIEW PROCEDURE**:1 VIRTUAL ROUND AND FACE TO FACE (IF REQUIRED)

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1. Find patients who need funds as per the criteria defined by the company.
2. Explain the concept of crowdfunding to them, Educate them about crowdfunding and Ketto’s role in raising
funds & help them create campaigns
3. Interact with patients, and understand their financial needs.
4. Help patients to create campaigns, write their story with relevant pictures, upload their documents
5. Be available in your designated hospitals, create & maintain a relationship with Doctors/Medical Social
Workers

**IMPORTANT CRITERIA**:
Fluency in Kannada is required.
Aster RV Hospital, JP Nagar.
St. John's Hospital.
Apollo Bannerghatta.
Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology.
Manipal Hospital, HAL.
**Preferred areas**: JP Nagar, Banashankari, Jayanagar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
