**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Speaker Sourcing and Acquisition**:

- Research and identify potential speakers, including thought leaders, industry experts, and high-profile individuals that align with the goals of the event or organization.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential speakers across various industries, including corporate, academic, non-profit, and government sectors.
- Actively scout new and emerging talent and diverse voices to enhance the range of speaker offerings.
- **Outreach and Engagement**:

- Initiate and manage communications with potential speakers to gauge interest and availability for events.
- Develop customized pitches to attract high-level speakers and persuade them to participate in our events.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers and speakers.

**Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with event planning and logistics.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
