**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Responsibilities**:
1. Manage client project requests, address queries, and oversee delivery schedules.

2. Design and draft audio-visual system flows, conduit risers, rack elevations, and infrastructure drawings, including floor plans, RCPs, elevations, and details.

3. Create AV schematics and layout drawings in AutoCAD and develop AV product prototypes.

4. Coordinate with project and presales teams to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Operate, set up, and maintain audio and visual equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, and other equipment as needed.

6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.

7- Provide technical support and advice to clients

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Experience with SketchUp 3D
- Strong drawing and drafting skills

**-Skill Set Required**: Hands of Experience on AV Devices like Crestron, Kramer, AMX, Polycom, Tandberg, Video Wall Designed, Integration of Projectors/AV/TV/Video Conferencing Devices, Splitters. Amplifiers. MIC, AutoCAD Knowledge, Programming.
