Job Summary: The Conference Production Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the content, speakers, and overall structure of conferences and seminars within our exhibitions. This role involves extensive research, planning, and collaboration with industry experts to ensure the delivery of high quality, engaging, and insightful conference programs that attract and retain attendees. Key Responsibilities: Content Development: -Research industry trends, topics, and emerging issues to create compelling and relevant conference agendas. -Identify key themes and develop content that aligns with the interests and needs of the target audience. Speaker Management: -Identify, invite, and secure high-profile industry speakers, panelists, and moderators. -Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, thought leaders, and associations. -Coordinate with speakers to ensure timely delivery of presentation materials and adherence to conference schedules. Project Management: -Oversee the end-to-end production of conference programs, including content development, speaker acquisition, and on-site execution. -Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless integration of the conference within the larger exhibition. Collaboration & Coordination: -Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that maximize attendance and engagement. -Coordinate with the sales team to align sponsorship opportunities with conference content. -Liaise with event logistics teams to ensure the successful execution of conference sessions on site. Budget & Timeline Management: -Manage the conference budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality content. -Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. Post-Event Analysis: -Conduct post-conference evaluations to gather feedback from attendees, speakers, and stakeholders. -Analyze feedback and performance metrics to improve future conferences. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. -5 to 8 years of experience in conference production or event management, preferably within the exhibitions or events industry. -Strong ability to research industry trends and analyze audience needs. -Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. -Strong ability to build relationships with industry experts, speakers, and stakeholders. -Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content. -Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
