We come up with an excellent opportunity for the position of **Conference Producer** for Bricsa Consulting at **Marol, Andheri location.**

**Need excellent English Communication.**

**Job description**

**1) Content Research & Development**
- Researching industry market trends with handling all communication channels.
- Increased brand awareness through the creation and management of social media channels.
- Draft conference agenda - design flow and format of the conference to satisfy the needs of target audiences

**2) Client Management**
- Research through market and invite high caliber speakers from relevant organizations
- Maintain no. of leads generated and no. of clients reached out to and no. of response from database outreach.
- Liaise with representatives and speakers from sponsoring companies
- Maintained Relations with past and current clients (sponsors) and producers.

**3) Campaign Management**
- Collaborate with internal groups i.e. sales, marketing, sponsorship and event management by providing critical information pertaining to the conference
- Provide support and timely information to speakers leading up to the conference
- Liaise with event management team on venue requirements, speaker onsite requirements and other logístical needs
- Manage onsite experience for speakers and attendees on the day of the conference
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback.

**Skills**
- Should be Proficient / Fluent in English (Spoken and written)).
- Good knowledge of MS office & MS excel.
- Generating new leads through all communication channel
- Passionate, self-motivated and business minded, with strong business acumen.
- Interpersonal relationship management and networking skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Dependable - takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
