**Job Description for Customer Care Representative/Executive**:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Opens/Maintains customer accounts by recording/updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken.
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business/sales for the organization.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Meet personal targets of Increasing online product reviews, testimonials, feedbacks, sales and call handling quotas.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Inbound and out bound calling (Explaining product details and sell the online product)
- Online chat support (LIVE CHATs)
- Maintaining sales reports
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Motivation for Sales & Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation/ Presentation Skills, Listening, Phone & Chating Skills, Resolving Conflict, Meeting Sales Goals, Sales Planning, Independence, Multitasking.
**Should be excellent communication skill.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
