**Role**: The Customer Care Executive for HORECA will be the primary point of contact for our Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role is crucial in building strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our HORECA partners, contributing directly to their satisfaction and our business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge and resolve horeca customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Provide information about products and services to customers.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a HoReCa Customer Care Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Timings: 9am to 6pm**

**Pay: ₹15,000 - 25,000 per month**
