Urgently looking for Mumbai and Solapur, Requirement for Customer Care Executive fresher and 1 year experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Reporting Skills & Administrative Writing Skills - Analytical & Logical thinking - Managing & Automation Processes - Verbal Communication & Microsoft Office Skills
- Interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and customer management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Have prior experience in building centric processed for university IT systems
- Has worked on CRM to track open tickets and closed tickets and create required documentation
- Has developed process to automate incoming and outgoing calls of large customer sets
- Provide accurate information and guidance on document attestation, migration, and submission processes.
- Keeping a keen eye on customer service process & better strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time lines and follow up to ensure resolution
- Ensure all documents are properly verified, organized, and submitted within the required timelines.
- Creating policies and procedures around SOP
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
