**Job Title**: Inside Sales Representative

Location - Vadodara

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **technically skilled Inside Sales Representative** with an **engineering background** to drive sales of our industrial/technical products and solutions. The role requires strong communication and consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements, propose solutions, and close sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand customer technical requirements and provide appropriate product/solution recommendations.
- Deliver online product demos, presentations, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with field sales, engineering, and product teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical/inside sales, customer support, or business development (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply).
- Strong technical understanding with ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot preferred).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset.

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary**: Up to **₹50,000 per month** (depending on experience and technical expertise).
