What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound sales by reaching out to potential international clients (especially in Australia).
  • Educate prospects about our solar solutions and pitch our value proposition effectively.
  • Convert leads through strong objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with clients to drive repeat business and upsells.
  • Use CRMs and dashboards for tracking performance and reporting.
  • Align your work with company strategy, regularly coordinating with the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in
    international telesales
    , inside sales, or solar sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights.
  • Comfortable working the early-morning shift aligned with Australian business hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, dashboards, and online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom).
