Job Description: Inside Sales Executive – Vadodara

Location: Vadodara (Office-based)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to connect with parents and schools, understand their requirements, explain SpeEdLabs' learning solutions, and convert leads into successful enrollments. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call, follow-up, and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  • Explain product offerings (K–12 learning programs, Robotics & AI courses, practice platform).
  • Schedule demos, trial classes, and coordinate with the academic team.
  • Maintain lead data accurately in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide timely updates to the reporting manager.
  • Handle basic WhatsApp and email communication with parents/schools.

Requirements

  • Graduate (Any stream).
  • 1–3 years of Inside Sales / Telecalling / EdTech experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (Gujarati is an added advantage).
  • Good convincing skills and result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling.
  • Must have a laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
