JOB Descrption : Inside Sales Representative

Salary Range: upto 45 K

Location : Vadodara (Onsite)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate technical information and product recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and the external sales team to support project requirements and complex solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Coordinate with the operations or engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or customer support within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain engineering products or solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
