CRM Documentation Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in documentation, including preparing agreements, customer files, and legal paperwork.
- Handle printing and organizing of documents for internal and external use.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Support the sales and post-sales teams with necessary paperwork and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely dispatch of documents and maintain proper filing systems.
- Assist in generating reports related to customer interactions and project status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of documentation processes and printing requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the real estate industry or a similar field.
- Familiarity with legal and customer documentation processes.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
