**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our EdTech solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Understand the unique requirements and challenges of each client and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide timely and personalized support to address client inquiries and concerns throughout the sales process.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Close sales and achieve or exceed sales quotas within designated territories or markets.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to the sales team and management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or industry events.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
