**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and target individual consumers (students, parents, lifelong learners) interested in educational technology products.
- Research and identify key trends in education technology to target the right audience and effectively pitch the product.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- **Product Demonstrations and Consultations**:
- Understand customers' educational needs and provide personalized demonstrations of the EdTech products.
- Conduct virtual or in-person product demos, ensuring consumers understand the value and benefits of the products.
- Customize presentations to match the specific learning objectives and goals of each consumer (e.g., for K-12 students, university students, or working professionals).
- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide relevant information about pricing, features, and benefits.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with consumers to drive product adoption.
- Use consultative sales techniques to recommend the best solutions based on the consumer's needs.
- Close sales effectively and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects to overcome objections and finalize deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing ongoing support, follow-up, and product training as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals or upsells.
- Keep customers informed about new product features, updates, and educational content that may enhance their experience.
- **Sales Reporting and Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress through the sales funnel in CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and key customer insights.
- Update and track sales activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education technology and consumer preferences.
- Continuously expand knowledge of the EdTech products offered, ensuring thorough knowledge of product features, benefits, and potential drawbacks.
- Analyze competitors’ products and strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- **Customer Feedback and Insights**:
- Gather feedback from consumers on product experiences and suggestions for improvement.
- Share insights with the product development and marketing teams to help improve product offerings.
- Assist with customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories that can be used for marketing purposes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
