**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.
- The Senior Business Development Associate needs to wear a blazer, well-dressed and look very professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during video calls.
- Close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions, addressing their queries and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients during video calls.
- Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and training sessions.
- Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges with a strong sense of determination and motivation.
