_**Sales Executive**_
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_

**Lead Generation and Pipeline Management**:

- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets.

**Academic Counseling and Product Promotion**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about offerings.

**Inside Sales Operations**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.

**B2C and B2B Sales**:

- Focus on **B2C sales** by catering to individual learners and professionals.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions and organizations for **B2B sales** opportunities.

**Sales Strategy and Target Achievement**:

- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to align on lead generation campaigns.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, customer insights, and forecasts to the management team.
- **Key Skills and Qualifications**:_

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **education sales**, **edtech sales**, **business development**, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in **academic counseling**, **inside sales**, or **B2B/B2C sales** in the education or edtech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
