**Job Summary: - Restaurant GRE**

The General Restaurant Executive (GRE) is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and assisting in staff supervision. The GRE plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience and achieving business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Supervise and train service staff to maintain quality and consistency.
- Monitor food presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and compliance with brand standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
