Office Administrator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the front desk, maintain the reception area, and ensure all areas are neat and organized.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Support the team with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices and tracking expenses.
Assist in coordinating events and meetings as required.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in front office or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A friendly, positive attitude with a customer-service focus.
Experience with basic bookkeeping or accounting tasks is a plus.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.36 per month
