**Job Summary**:
A Client Acquisition Executive in a recruitment agency is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients or businesses that may require recruitment services. Their primary goal is to build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate business opportunities for the recruitment agency.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation.
- Client Meetings:

- Proposal Developments.
- Relationship Building.
- Client Retention.
- Market Trends Awareness.
- Market Research.
- Performance Metrics.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in [specific industry]).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
