About the Role

We're looking for a driven and persuasive Client Acquisition Specialist to join Helium16. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and closing deals in the AI/annotation/voice agent space. This role is critical for revenue growth and scaling our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new leads per week from multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, arXiv, GitHub, AngelList, YC jobs).
  • Reach out to prospects per week via LinkedIn, email, and networking.
  • Book qualified meetings every week with Co-Founders/CTOs/PMs of AI-first companies.
  • Own the sales pipeline: prospecting → qualification → follow-ups → closing.
  • Collaborate with Growth Intern for lead research & with CEO for deal closures.
  • Maintain updated CRM and provide weekly sales reports.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (internship experience also considered).
  • Knowledge about the Gen AI Industry
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS/AI/annotation/data industries is a big plus.
  • Hunger to learn, experiment, and hit aggressive growth targets.
