Profile: Client Acquisition Officer, Job Location: Hyderabad
Duties and responsibilities:
Business development:
- To acquire clients.
- To exceed client’s expectations by being proactive, by being sensitive to client’s needs and by being prompt to respond to client’s queries.
- To help the organisation achieve its vision by working as a team
- To achieve revenue targets across multiple products like mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIFs etc.
- To deepen client relationships and to endeavour to be client’s preferred service provider
- To update CRM regularly with all the sales related activities
- To conduct workshops, seminars on investor welfare awareness
- To initiate and to fully participate in various promotional activities initiated by the organisation.
Requirement and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Digitally savvy and should be well versed with social media trends on personal finance and investments
- Must be a go getter, must be eager to learn and excel
