Chief Financial Officer

**Title: Chief Financial Officer CFO)**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop Financial Plans: Create long-term financial strategies, objectives, and goals aligned with the company’s overall vision.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance against these goals.

Capital Allocation: Optimize allocation of company resources and capital to ensure profitability and growth.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Financial Statements: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements).

Compliance & Governance: Oversee regulatory compliance, accounting policies, and financial reporting standards.

Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, trends, and forecasts to the CEO, board, and stakeholders.

3. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations, investments, and growth.

Working Capital Optimization: Optimize working capital, inventory management, and receivables/payables to maintain operational efficiency.

4. Fundraising & Investor Relations:
Capital Raising: Lead fundraising efforts, including debt, equity, or other financing options. Negotiate terms with investors and financial institutions.

Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities for financial partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

5. Risk Management & Compliance:
Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks (market, credit, operational, legal) to protect company assets and earnings.

Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls and policies to safeguard company resources and ensure compliance with regulations.

Audit & Taxation: Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations.

6. Strategic Business Leadership:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to set and execute the company’s business strategy.

Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures that align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Growth & Expansion: Support business expansion through strategic investments, cost management, and business optimization.

7. Team Leadership & Development:
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance, collaboration, and accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degrees (preferred).

Relevant certifications like Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly desirable.

Professional Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.

Experience in fundraising, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and corporate finance principles.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in financial software (ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling tools).

Familiarity with accounting software and platforms (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
