**Job Summary**:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management, record-keeping, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication. The CFO ensures the financial health and sustainability of the organization while aligning with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions.
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor and control company expenditures and profitability metrics.
- Manage internal controls and ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Work with auditors, banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide leadership to the finance and accounting teams.
- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Guide investment strategies and capital structure decisions.
- Evaluate M&A opportunities, funding, and partnership deals.
- Implement ERP and other financial technologies for improved efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CFA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 10-15 years of financial leadership experience.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
