Global Nutritional Corporation is a US-headquartered, family-run business with a global presence in the edible oils, food ingredients, and nutritional products industry. With operations spanning the United States, India, and other international markets, our company focuses on high-quality B2B exports and sustainable sourcing.

Our India office in Hyderabad is the backbone for finance, commercial operations, export-import documentation, banking, and global compliance. We are now seeking a senior finance leader to oversee and drive the commercial and financial strategy of the company.

**Role Overview**:
This is a **mid-to-senior level leadership role** reporting directly to the CEO, and based out of our Hyderabad office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance & Accounting**
- Lead all finance, accounting, and commercial operations across India and international entities.
- Supervise accounting teams on journal entries, monthly closing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and handle cross-border finance documentation.

**Audit, Taxation & Compliance**
- Oversee internal and external audits, including US and India-based financial reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate **GST filings**, statutory compliance, and adherence to Indian tax laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal teams to meet regulatory and cross-border compliance.

**International Banking & Commercial Operations**
- Manage **international banking**, forex transactions, and foreign remittance documentation.
- Liaise with banks for LC, TT, FEMA compliance, and international fund flow management.
- Oversee **import-export documentation**, including invoices, purchase orders, shipping and compliance certificates.

**Legal & Strategic Oversight**
- Review commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and ensure legal risk mitigation.
- Drive improvements in documentation systems, SOPs, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with the CEO on global financial strategy, cost analysis, and business forecasting.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, audits, or commercial operations in an **import-export or international business setup**.
- Strong grasp of **international banking**, foreign remittances, compliance (FEMA), and cross-border transaction workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of GST filings, financial reporting, and commercial contracts.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Semi-qualified CA or MBA (Finance)** preferred.
- Familiarity with export-import operations, documentation, and global audit practices.

**Work Timings**:
**Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM IST**
(Full-time, in-office role - Hyderabad)

**Compensation**:
**₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month (fixed)**
