Committed to professional transformation and growth, we seek a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial initiatives across all business verticals.

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**

As a CFO for Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial sustainability, driving performance, and maximizing return on investment for the Group. As a CFO you will play a strategic and dynamic role in decision-making, investment analysis, and capital management, guiding the company's financial health and long-term growth strategies in addition to providing strategic financial guidance to the Board of Directors, formulating financial strategies, and managing overall group P&L.

**Must have at least 25+ years of experience in Real Estate**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Financial Control**: Implement and maintain robust financial control systems, including group reporting, treasury management, risk management, audits, and tax compliance.

**2. Corporate Finance**:Optimize balance sheet structure, manage foreign exchange, and facilitate funding and venture capital raising activities.

**3. Financial Strategy**: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization aligned with the Group's long-term strategy.

**4.Risk Management**: Develop and implement organizational risk frameworks, both strategic and financial.

**5. Financial Leadership**: Collaborate with the CEO and business unit leaders to develop strategic financial direction and annual operating plans. Oversee financial controls, internal audit, and financial reporting.

**6. Board Reporting**: Keep the Board informed of the Group's financial position, development, and key performance indicators.

**7. Team Management**: Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective training and succession planning.

**8. Stakeholder Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with investors, lenders, regulators, and other stakeholders, providing transparent financial insights and fostering trust and confidence.

**9. Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards related to real estate transactions, investments, and financial reporting.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

1. CA / ICWA / CFA Qualification is mandatory.

2. An MBA in Business Finance from a top-tier college is desirable but not mandatory.

3. Minimum 20 years of experience in finance, with 15+ years in the real estate industry.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**

1. Prior experience as a CFO/Finance Head in real estate.

2. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and mentoring.

3. Strong knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
