Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 15+ years in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management; Proven experience in IPO process mandatory

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and governance of the organization, ensuring financial stability, transparency, and compliance. The role requires an accomplished leader with hands-on experience in IPO planning and execution, investor relations, and regulatory compliance with SEBI and related authorities.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and shareholder value creation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term business and financial planning.

IPO Preparation & Execution

• Lead the entire IPO process, including financial restructuring, due diligence, and coordination with investment bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, ROC, and Stock Exchange regulations.
• Prepare DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) and manage communication with regulatory bodies.
• Oversee valuation, capital structuring, and investor presentations.
• Build investor relations and communicate the company's financial story to potential investors and analysts.

Financial Operations & Controls

• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and internal audit functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS/Ind AS.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk management strategies.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure statutory compliance.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide transparent financial reporting to stakeholders and the board.
• Lead communication strategy during and after IPO.

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor and lead the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications:

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Mandatory experience leading IPO / listing of a company on NSE/BSE.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
