**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **financial strategies, policies, and risk management frameworks**.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with **tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and statutory requirements**.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage **fundraising, capital structure, and financial investments**, including liaising with banks and investors.
- Drive **cost optimization and financial efficiency** across business units.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
- Lead **M&A activities, investment decisions, and expansion strategies**.
- Implement **internal controls, audits, and risk assessment frameworks**.
- Oversee and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure effective financial operations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **10+ years** of experience in finance, with at least **5 years in a leadership role**.
- Strong expertise in **financial management, taxation, auditing, and compliance**.
- Experience in **construction, real estate, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors** is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle **fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling**.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in **Tally, ERP systems, and financial forecasting tools**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

**Education & Certifications**:

- **CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)** or equivalent qualification.
