**Company Overview**:
Ours is a single-family office that was established in 2018. The office's primary objective is to manage the family's wealth in a comprehensive manner, while also laying out a roadmap for future generations. We work with a dedicated investment advisory team and globally renowned wealth managers to identify and evaluate investment opportunities in public markets, private markets, global markets, real estate and private credit.

**Position Overview**:
The COO will be responsible for overseeing private credit and Real estate primarily, also investment cycle management, legal, operations and business development ensuring efficient processes, and driving operational excellence for continued success and growth of our business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of wealth management, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a family Office.
- Manage private credit, real estate, debt syndication and business development.
- Oversee the investment cycle management across public, private, global markets.
- Responsible for handling debt and equity transactions as well as capital market transactions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge across project finance.
- Spearhead legal activities, serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for legal teams.
- Procure legal advice, opinions, also prepare and review documents.
- Oversee documents related to cases and review existing agreements.
- Managing accounting operations.
- Prepare and present financial statements.
- Oversee all periodic statutory/regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate the annual business plans for individual business units and the group.
- Provide insights to the Managing Director via periodic MIS/dashboards.
- Develop and monitor financial plans and budgets for various business practices.
- Maintain relationships with statutory, internal auditors and external auditors.
- Maintain relationships with all Banks of the group.
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders, financial institutions and banks.
- Analyse and evaluate project opportunities.
- Engage with investment and financial ecosystem.
- Lead end to end execution of mandates.
- Monitor office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead advisory teams, counsels, and consultants.
- Conduct research, coordinate feasibility studies, presentations, reports, and briefings.

**Qualification & experience required**:

- CA/ICWA/CS & MBA is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including family members, employees, and clients.
- Experience in family Office or family-owned businesses is a plus.
