**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our real estate business through fieldwork. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the property acquisition process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research to identify potential real estate opportunities.
- Actively prospecting and acquiring new clients through various means.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Assisting clients in property selection, site visits, and providing relevant information.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Executive: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3-5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada,English and Hindi (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
