**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Executive** to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with approximately 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, looking to further develop their skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- **Product Consultation & Quotation**: Provide detailed information on products and services, addressing client queries and offering tailored solutions. Prepare accurate quotations to meet client needs.
- **Sales Execution**: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, present product offerings, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Expertia
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.Expertia+1Indeed+1
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of sales strategies.

**Desired Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Approximately 6 months in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Expertia
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
