The telesales executive will engage with potential and existing customers via phone to convert into walk-ins for the clinic. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing relevant product information, overcoming objections, and closing sales. The telesales executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers or follow up on leads to sell products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
- **Objection Handling**: Address and overcome customer objections to close sales successfully.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM software or other tools.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to close sales and meet sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- **Negotiation**: Effective negotiation skills to handle objections and secure sales.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions promptly.

Education and Experience
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skills may also be considered.

Working Conditions
- **Environment**: Typically works in an office environment.

Salary and Benefits
