As a **Front Desk Executive** at Skill Maestro, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and assisting in administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. Your welcoming demeanor, communication skills, and organizational abilities will help maintain our professional and friendly environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a neat, organized reception area.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Schedule and manage appointments for visitors and clients.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide accurate information regarding services, programs, and general inquiries.
- Assist students and parents with queries related to study abroad services.
- Maintain an updated directory of contacts and provide assistance as needed.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and update the database regularly.
- Support basic office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and scheduling activities.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Collaborate with different departments for smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper handling of documents.
- Report any maintenance or technical issues at the front desk to the relevant department.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle stressful situations with poise.
- Polite, presentable, and well-organized.
