**Job Description for customer support executive - customs clearance.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Filing shipping bill number on ICEGATE system.
- Back-end ops support to documentation executives.
- Maintaining daily status report for all customs clearance shipments in Ahmedabad and Mundra.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customs clearance industry.
- Good verbal and written communication along with hands-on experience of Gmail / Outlook
- Knowledge about EXIM, custom clearance, and logistics industry.
- Communication skill, problem solving, quick learner and multi-tasker

**Job Location**: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
