**Job Title**:Operations Manager

**Package**: Up to 3.6 LPA

**Location**: Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

**Shift Timings**: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
- **Work from Office**: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- **Work from Home**: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- **All Saturday: Half Day**

**Experience**: 2 to 3 years

**Education**: Any Graduate, preferably BBA/ MBA/ Management stream

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency in workflow.
- Manage and coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and performance.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth.
- Provide support and guidance to employees when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using operational and management tools.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (office and remote).
