Administrative and Personal Assistant

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, trustworthy and presentable individual to provide administrative support, and assist senior leadership as a personal assistant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage visitor logs, access cards.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Organize internal meetings, events, and support logistics.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel plans for senior management.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Assist in personal tasks as delegated by leadership.
- Computer skills.
- Accounting.
- Banking transactions.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
**Qualification: preferably B.Com, BBA**
**Work Experience Required: 0-1year of experience only**
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
Strong communication high integrity and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
