Opening a job’s in the logi-sys and prepared the docket upon receipt of shipping documents from exporter or from internal team.
- Ensure to prepare the Draft AWB accurately and share the same to customer for approval. Communicate with Shipper for fast approval of the AWB.
- Submitting ASI data with Airline for releasing carting & gate pass on timely manner.
- Ensure to talk with operation boys, transporters & shipper for smooth clearance.
- Once shipment cleared, ensure to send pre-alert documents to all involved parties ie shipper & agent along with tentative flight details.
- Keep on tracking the shipment till shipment arrived at destination.
- Ensure to send clear & correct shipment related documents along with handover set of the Airline for destination clearance based on Shipper instructions.
- Before leaving each day a complete check of the workflow is complete and any exceptions are dealt with before the day end.
