**Job Title**: Air Export Executive

**Job Summary**: The Air Export Executive is responsible for overseeing the entire air export process, from booking cargo space to ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This role involves preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with airlines and freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Coordination**: Arrange and manage air freight shipments, including booking cargo space with airlines and scheduling pick-ups and deliveries.
- **Documentation Management**: Prepare and process all required export documentation, such as Airway Bills (AWB), commercial invoices, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all shipments adhere to country-specific and international regulations, including customs requirements and security protocols.
- **Customer Service**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on shipment status, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the export process.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as sales, warehouse, and finance, as well as external partners, including freight forwarders and customs brokers, to ensure seamless handling of shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in air export operations or freight forwarding. Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is essential.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with freight management software. Knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations is advantageous.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) Certification.
- Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Certification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
