**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement export strategies to drive international sales and market expansion.
Manage end-to-end export operations including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets.
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export laws.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and global demand to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
Handle export incentives, duty drawbacks, and other government export schemes.
Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
**Export Executive 5+** years of proven experience in export operations, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade laws, and shipping procedures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze international market trends and develop effective export strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
