Air Export Pricing

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Export Pricing & Operations Executive to manage pricing and operational execution for Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments and FedEx services. The role requires expertise in handling air export shipments, DG regulations, airline and courier liaison, and ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.

**Key Responsibilities:Pricing & Rate Negotiation**:

- Obtain and negotiate air freight rates from airlines, consolidators, and FedEx.
- Prepare competitive pricing quotes for customers based on shipment requirements.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
- Keep track of market trends and airline tariffs for competitive pricing.

**Operations & Shipment Handling**:

- Oversee end-to-end air export operations for general cargo and Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments.
- Book shipments with airlines and FedEx while ensuring adherence to DG handling guidelines.
- Coordinate with shippers, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including AWB, DG declaration, and invoices.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with IATA and ICAO regulations.

**DG Handling & Compliance**:

- Ensure all DG shipments comply with IATA DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations).
- Work closely with DG packaging and labeling vendors for proper shipment handling.
- Verify Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Shipper’s Declaration for DG cargo.
- Train internal teams on DG handling and regulatory requirements.

**FedEx & Courier Operations**:

- Manage FedEx shipments, including express and freight services.
- Ensure compliance with FedEx guidelines for international shipments.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle service issues, claims, and escalations with FedEx and customers.

**Customer Service & Coordination**:

- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve queries.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of air export shipments.
- Address customer concerns regarding rates, documentation, and shipment status.

**Reporting & Compliance**:

- Maintain records of pricing agreements, shipment documentation, and airline communications.
- Ensure all operations comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Generate operational and pricing reports for management review.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in air export pricing and operations, specifically with DG shipments and FedEx.
- Strong knowledge of IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and air cargo procedures.
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes and export documentation.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software and MS Office.
- Excellent negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- IATA DG Certification.
- Experience working with FedEx international services.
- Knowledge of airline and courier pricing structures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
