- **Pricing Executive - Air Freight** for a freight forwarding company.

Job Location
- **Mumbai.**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Coordinating with Pricing Desk / IATA Agents / Overseas Agent for various sector rates and accordingly sell to the Customer / Overseas Agent as per the shipment terms.
- Coordinating with Airlines for various sector rates.
- Negotiating Rates with the Airlines Lines, Overseas Agent, and IATA Agents for the Competitive Rates.
- Secure nomination; send booking to the Overseas Agent / Customer.
- Handling Air Export and Air Import Shipment’s.
- Handling key account customers.
- Handling Third Country Shipment’s.
- Handling Air charter shipments Ex BOM.
- Coordinating with DG packers / agents for getting the packing done as per the IATA DGR Manual requirements.
- Coordinating with CHA Team / Shipper/ Consignee for Customs Clearance of Air Export and Air Import shipments.
- Coordinating with Overseas agent / Customers for Import and Export shipments as per the shipment terms.
- Arranging the Transportation for Import and Export shipments as per the shipment terms.
- Send the required Documents to the Customers/Overseas Agent after receiving it from the Overseas Agent / Customer.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate from any discipline.
- 3-5 years experience of handling pricing independently.
- Need to have good relations with Air lines and worked with IATA registered companies**.**
- Should have excellent oral & written communication in English.
