About GPI:- GPI is a global leader in pricing and market access solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Our data powers smarter decisions for pharma companies worldwide, helping them navigate complex pricing, reimbursement, regulatory, and HTA environments.- We are growing our Data team in Mumbai and are looking for a Data Project Manager to lead and develop our HTA Insights function. This is a pivotal management role, ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, team leadership, and driving innovation in a dynamic, data-driven environment.The Role:- As a Data Project Manager, you'll take ownership of HTA Insights delivery - leading projects, mentoring junior managers, and ensuring data quality that drives real impact. You'll balance strategy and execution: managing BAU tasks, spearheading process improvements, and championing automation to keep GPI at the forefront of pharmaceutical data innovation.- This is a fantastic opportunity if you're ready to step into a senior management position, combining leadership with hands-on expertise in pharma pricing and market access.What You'll Do:- Lead and manage multiple HTA Insights projects, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction- Oversee BAU task planning, allocation, and delivery across the team- Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to junior managers and analysts- Conduct research on pharma legislation, drug launches, and market changes, applying insights to expand and improve data offerings- Implement and monitor quality assurance checks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance- Drive process reviews, continuous improvements, and documentation updates (SOPs, trackers, etc.)- Collaborate with data engineers to deliver automation solutions and foster innovation- Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into high-quality outcomesWhat We're Looking For- 7+ years' experience in pharmaceutical pricing & market access (minimum 3 years HTA data experience)- 2+ years' professional management experience (team + project management)- Degree in Life Sciences/Pharma (B. Pharma/M. Pharma), ideally with an MBA (pharma background preferred)- Strong project management skills with expertise in planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL (functional; advanced/Power BI desirable), and MS Office- Experience managing large datasets with a focus on data governance and quality assurance- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities (ref:iimjobs.com)
