**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive with experience in air imports courier
services to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations
of air imports courier shipments and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of goods. This position is exclusively for G
Card holders, who have has experiences in air imports courier operations.

**Job Role and responsibilities**:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Handle Air Import/Export Courier Operations: Coordinate and oversee the entire process of air imports/export courier
shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, tracking, and final delivery.
2. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and customs requirements
pertaining to air imports, including proper documentation, labeling, and reporting.
3. Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates on shipment status,
address any concerns or issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as freight forwarders, airlines, customs
authorities, and delivery agents, to ensure seamless movement of goods from origin to destination.
5. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate records of air imports courier operations,
including shipment details, invoices, customs documents, and any other relevant documentation. Also will be
responsible for collecting the documents and doing online filing for Import and Export.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of
efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Propose and implement enhancements as needed.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team, including supervisors, couriers, and support staff, to
ensure effective coordination and achieve operational goals.

**Skills**:
1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple shipments simultaneously and prioritize tasks
effectively. Strong attention to detail and continual improvement of processes.
2. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations. Strong Excel skill
is must
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Proven problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and find innovative solutions.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive working relationships

**Qualifications**:
1. G - Card Holder: Possess a valid G - Card certification.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3Plus years of experience in air imports courier operations or a similar role.
3. Knowledge of Air Imports: Strong understanding of air freight procedures, customs regulations, and
documentation requirements for import shipments.
