**Job Title**: Air Export Pricing Executive

**Location**: CBD Belapur

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Air Export Pricing Executive** to manage and execute pricing activities for international air export shipments. The role involves preparing competitive quotes, negotiating with airlines, ensuring accuracy in costings, and supporting the sales team to secure and retain business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare air export freight quotations for customers, agents, and internal sales teams.
- Coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, and agents to obtain competitive rates.
- Analyze market trends, airline tariffs, and seasonal variations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Ensure accuracy in costing, surcharges, and additional charges in quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and vendors to improve buying power.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from quote to execution.
- Regularly update rate sheets and pricing database for internal use.
- Track performance of secured business and provide feedback on pricing effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, airline regulations, and export documentation requirements.
- Support management with periodic reports on pricing trends and profitability analysis.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **air export operations, IATA rules, and airline pricing structures**.
- Proficiency in **freight rate negotiations and cost analysis**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/Logistics software, and freight forwarding tools.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** in **air freight pricing/export operations** with a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Familiarity with international trade, INCOTERMS, and air cargo documentation.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
